Jennifer Tilly, born on September 16, 1958 on the 16th of September in Los Angeles under extremely poor circumstances. Her father was a salesman for automobiles while her mother worked in classes and was a dependable actor. Jennifer was the second child in a four-child family she was frequently at her mother's performance in the theater and was awestruck. Jennifer's parents split after she turned five. Jennifer was raised to British Columbia by her mother who moved there with her siblings. Jennifer did not consider herself a professional however, she was a talented artist in her youth. Because of her experience in Canada's public schools, Jennifer was the subject of a lot of bullying. In high school her passion for theater began to wane. In order to combat this, her mother helped to take part as an extra in a variety of productions. The influence of her mother was to inspire all the youngsters in her household to pursue a love of and interest for performing arts. Then, she began to take action.
